(2) The Narrative Therapy Model for counselling.

This approach ensures you are empowered to remain the expert in your own life. Narrative Therapy helps you see the problems as distinctly separate from yourself. This reduces the influence of problems in your life & helps create a space for you to begin building your 'hoped for' changes into your life.
